3. Estimates and Quotes
We offer free quotes for our services. Quotes are valid for two weeks from the date issued due to fluctuating product prices. After this period, a revised quote may be necessary.

4. Payments
All services require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. An agreement can be requested to ensure commitments from both parties. Please refer to the Refunds section for more details regarding payments.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their needs and ensuring access to the premises for installations or evaluations.

6. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee the quality of our installations and services. However, P&Y Smart Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds of deposits are issued only if the cancellation is made before services commence. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable.
